Privacy Policy
Overview
Photo Plan & Snap is designed as a local-first photography planning utility. The website at tkachtov.online is an informational site for TKACH and the app. The website does not provide user accounts, sign-in, registration, or profile features.
Information We Collect
TKACH does not collect personal information through this website or through Photo Plan & Snap for the purposes described here. We do not ask you to create an account, and the site contains no contact form, analytics tracker, advertising SDK, or behavioral tracking system.
Local App Data
Photo Plan & Snap can store information you create inside the app, such as plans, checklist items, reminders, favorites, locations, settings, and shoot history. This information is intended to remain on your device and is used to provide the app's planning and history features.
Data Retention
TKACH does not maintain a server-side database of your Photo Plan & Snap content. Because we do not collect or store your app content on our servers, we do not retain that content remotely. Local app information remains on your device until you remove it, clear relevant app data, or uninstall the app.
Data Deletion
Because TKACH does not hold your app content on its servers, there is no remote account or cloud profile that must be deleted by us. You can remove locally stored information using the app's available clearing/reset controls where provided, or by clearing the app's local storage/data through your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Reminders and Device Features
If reminder functionality is enabled, the app may use device-level notification capabilities necessary to show reminders. Any permissions requested by the operating system are used for the related app feature and are not used by TKACH to build a remote profile about you.
Website Data
This static website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Standard network infrastructure such as your browser, DNS provider, hosting platform, or internet service provider may process ordinary technical request data required to deliver the website.
Third-Party Links
The website links to Google Play. When you follow that link, Google's own terms and privacy practices apply.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Because the app does not require an account with TKACH, we do not maintain user profiles based on age.
